500 g chicken
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp all purpose flour(optional)
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Refined vegetable oil for deep frying
1 medium size onion cut into cubes
1 medium size capsicum cut into cubes
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
2-3 green chilies
2 spring onion stalks
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp red chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 pinch MSG(optional)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder(optional)
3 tbsp corn flour
250 ml of water
2 tbsp sesame oil or any refined oil
Transfer all listed ingredients for marination into the chicken, mix them well.
Keep the chicken for marination for about 30 min.
Heat vegetable oil into a pan on high heat, turn the flame on medium heat, add chicken pieces one by one,Fry them slowly for about 6-7 min or till they turn into nice golden in color, and the chicken gets tender.
Take them off into an absorbent paper.
Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil or any refined oil into an another pan, once oil gets nicely hot add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilies, fry them for 30-35 sec.
Add chopped onions and chopped capsicum, fry them on high heat for 1-2 min.
Add tomato sauce, chili sauce ,soy sauce and vinegar.
Add some salt and red chili powder(optional.)
Add corn flour slurry gradually, mix with another hand simultaneously.
Cook for 2-3 min till the rawness of cornflour goes away.
Add chicken stock and MSG(both optional)
Add chicken pieces, mix well.
Garnish it with green part of spring onion.
